Company Secretary and Law graduate with more than 8 years experience in Corporate Secretarial & Compliance Advisory for Indian and multinational corporates. She was associated with Ernst & Young for more than 2 years. She is Specialized in Corporate Compliances, Legal Due Diligences, NCLT Proceedings, FEMA Advisory and POSH.
She is also a Council Member of Karnataka, Corporate Governance Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI)
Shripad G Bhat Sarang
Company Secretary and Law graduate with more than 6 years experince in Secretarial and Advisory services and has undergone certification course for GST. He is also a trade mark agent. He is specialised in Corporate compliance, GST, FEMA and Intellectual Property rights, PF, ESI, Accounting and taxation etc.
